WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS GAME ?
While Bob’s default look is that of a simple, featureless white figure wearing a baseball cap, the game allows full character customization, letting players paint his body in various colors and dress him up in a wide range of costumes.
The game features open-ended levels, each with its own unique theme and multiple ways to solve puzzles. Players must use creativity, experimentation, and a solid grasp of physics to progress. In the early stages, hidden remotes can trigger tutorial videos that teach players new mechanics and techniques to help them tackle challenges more effectively.
Human: Fall Flat originally began as a prototype designed for Intel’s RealSense motion-sensing camera. However, developer Tomas Sakalauskas soon realized that the game worked far better with traditional controls, prompting him to shift away from motion-based gameplay. Initially conceived as a puzzle game inspired by titles like Limbo and Portal, Sakalauskas changed direction after observing his son’s playtesting behavior—his son preferred experimenting with the game’s physics rather than solving puzzles. This discovery led Sakalauskas to embrace a more open-ended design, making the puzzles intentionally flexible and encouraging playful creativity.
