The soundtrack features 20 original tracks from Hospital Records and an unreleased opening cinematic track by Fred V & Grafix, with full Dolby Atmos support.

Some brands, including Mitsubishi and Toyota (except certain off-road and pre-customized models), were initially absent due to licensing issues. Mitsubishi returned in January 2019 with the Free Mitsubishi Motors Car Pack, while Toyota returned in December 2019 with the Series 17 update, which included the 1998 Toyota Supra RZ. Additionally, two emotes, "Carlton" and "Floss," were removed due to copyright disputes involving Epic Games.
